Thank you for considering our collectible cards for your collection. We understand that sometimes sealed items may arrive damaged or may not meet your expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are happy to offer the following return policy for sealed boxes and cases of cards:
If you receive a damaged or defective box or case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a replacement or a refund. To initiate a return, please provide us with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. The items must be received by Most and Watson for examination before a refund is paid.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for collectible cards that have been opened or sold as used as they are considered to be used items. We also cannot accept returns for any cards that have been tampered with or altered in any way.
